Upgrading BB OS

Just try upgrading BB OS myself, here's a quick recap...

Req:

• Latest OS for your handheld
• Latest Desktop Software
• JL_Cmder

Steps:

1. Install Desktop Software
2. Back-up data
3. Install OS
4. Erase vendor.xml
5. Use JL_Cmder to wipe handheld
6. Use Loader.exe to install OS
